Maintenance forms, records, and reports.
Department of the Army forms and procedures used for equipment maintenance will
be those prescribed by DA PAM 738-751, Functional Users Manual for the Army Maintenance
Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A).
Destruction of Army materiel to prevent enemy use.
Refer to TM 750-244-1-3, Procedure for Destruction of Aviation Support Equipment
(FSC 1700) for instructions on destroying this equipment.
Preparation for storage and shipment.  Refer to TM 740-90-1, Administrative
Storage of Equipment and TM 743-200-1, Storage and Materiel Handling. In prepa-
ration for shipment, the towbar is to be removed (see paragraph 3-38, towbar re-
moval) and secure to the trailer pallet.
For quality assurance quality
Quality assurance quality control (QAQC).
control requirements, refer to FM 55-411.
Reporting equipment improvement recommendations (EIR's). If your maintenance
trailer needs improvement, let us know. Send us an EIR. You, the user, are the only one
who can tell us what you don't like about your equipment. Let us know why you don't like
the design. Tell us why a procedure is hard to perform. Put it on an SF 368 (Quality Defi-
ciency Report). Mail it to us at: Commander, US Army Aviation Systems Command,
